  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup 250g sugar
  • 1 cup - 250m
  • L oil
  • 1 cup - 250m
  • L milk
  • 2 cups - 470g medium grained semolina (semoule moyenne)
  • 2 TBS - 15g flour
  • 1 packet (about 2 tsp) baking powder
  • 2 TBS ground almond (optional)
  • Zest of one lemon
