BETTER THAN KFC Cole Slaw - Kentucky Fried Chicken CopyCat Recipe. This has a little stronger buttermilk flavor, I use Cider vinegar (again more flavor) and a little less mayo for a better texture (less runny)
I just love it and its so much easier then the classic ChickenMarsala. Place the ground chicken, bread crumbs, garlic powder, pecorino, eggs, salt and pepper to a bowl
Remove the bag from the center of the chicken that contains all of the innards and give it to an Asian Mom if you have one—it’s like the prize in the Cracker Jack box
This ChickenMarsala Casserole is an interesting and unique take on chickenmarsala. You can purchase a Publix rotisserie chicken, you can cook your own following my crockpot method, or you can pick one up from Sam’s/Costco (my new favorite place to buy rotisserie chickens)
ChickenMarsala Pasta. Season a few chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Marsala wine. After a minute, add the chicken stock, marsala wine and half and half and rosemary
Here's my super simple version of the classic dish, chickenMarsala. Coat chicken in this mixture. Add the Marsala, bring to the boil and simmer until the volume has reduced by about half
This sweet and sour chicken was so much better than any takeout we could have ordered. Make sure to include all of these ingredients as they are all necessary to create that classic sweet and sour flavor (and as a side note, I’ve found that rice vinegar is by far better than apple cider vinegar in this recipe, I know that there are versions with that in it, but I think the apple cider vinegar has a strong aftertaste)
ChickenMarsala is always one of those dishes in my family that feels fancy but is simple to make. I pounded out my boneless, skinless chicken breasts to be nice and thin so that they would cook more easily
In a large measuring cup, combine Marsala and chicken stock and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Dredge chicken in the flour and tap off excess flour
