For dinner last night I made bhindimasala to go with roti. There are only two groups of people out there, one who love bhindi/ okra/vendaikai or dislike it
Now add the fried bhindis and mix well in this masala. Wash and dry the bhindis. Now add the chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well
Bhindi Bhaji or Okra Masala it is. Okra is Bhindi , Onion is Kanda ,Pumpkin is called Bhopla in Mumbai but when you travel across to the North , Onion is referred to as Pyaz

Ladies finger (Okra) 250 gmsOnions chopped 2 noTomatoes chopped 2 noChilli powder 1 tspLemon juice of 1 noTurmeric powder 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder 1 tsp Pepper Powder to tasteSalt to tasteCoriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)Oil 30 mlProcedure. Add ladies finger, lemon juice and garam masala and continue frying in slow flame for 2 minutes
I made Bhindimasala the Punjabi style recently and it came out quite delicious. Finally add the Amchur powder and garam masala, mix and cook for another minute or two
