  • celery
  • onion
  • 3 1/2 ounces of unsalted butter
  • 3 1/2 ounces of flour
  • 145 to 155 degrees will result in a fully cooked salisbury steak. For children, the safe cooking temperature of ground beef is 155 to 160 degrees While the salisbury steak is roasting, the barge can be made!
