Ingredients

  • 250 g cooked black beans
  • 125 g halloumi cut into bite sized pieces
  • One red onion finely sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes (tinned is fine)
  • Spices; salt to taste, 1/3rd tsp garam masala, 1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1tsp cumin seeds
