  • 1 clove of fresh garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 fresh jalapeno (more or less to taste)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ½ T freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ t salt (more or less to taste)
  • Dash of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
