Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked
  • 6 boiled baby potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 3-4 or to taste
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chana
  • 1 tsp dried mango
  • 1 tsp or to taste
  • red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • soaked in
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small piece
