  • 1 cup Black Glutinous Rice
  • 1 bowl Coconut Milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 Screwpine Leaf
  • ½ tsp Salt
  •  
  • METHOD
  • 1. Wash & boil glutinous rice in Noxxa using High Pressure 20 minutes, until soft.
  • 2. Add in coconut milk, sugar, salt & screwpine leaf.
  • Set to steam and cook for 5 minutes 3. Serve hot or warm.
