  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 ¼ cup organic sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened
  • ¼ cup Ea
  • 1 container of Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese (the one
  • without hydrogenated fat – it’s yellow)
