The texture of these steamed cakes are very soft and fine which resemble those Japanese Steamed Cakes which are available in four leaves or some Japanese bakery

So, sharing with you all here is an eggless coffeecake that I made before New Year which I took to my native place where we celebrated the new year with all my relatives
This is where I got this amazing recipe for Blueberry Coffee Cream Cheese Cake. The base of the cake is moist and delicious and then that is topped with wild blueberries, followed by a cheesecake layer and then another layer of wild blueberries
It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, what I’ve got going on at the moment, or what’s on my list of foods to make… I’m always in the mood for coffeecake
Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake 70-80 minutes until golden brown or a cake tester inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan for 20 minutes
This coffee buttercream frosting cake is, again, very easy to make. I did not use them, instead I sprinkled instant coffee over the frosting to decorate it
For me, all of the above, plus baking some coffeecake / bread. The aroma of coffee baking in the oven is almost intoxicating, by just smelling it I am feeling more alert instantly
