  • 2 tsp grated lemon rind

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar for dusting
