  • ½ cup butter ½ cup white sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 egg yolk 1½ cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ⅓ cup milk 2 egg white ¼ cup sugar 1½ cups fresh blueberries 1 tablespoon all purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease an 8 inch square pan Cream butter and ½ cup sugar together till fluffy Add salt, vanilla and egg yolks mix until creamy Combine 1½ cups flour and baking powder add flour/baking soda mix alternately with milk, mixing in between Coat blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour and fold into the batter In a separate bowl beat egg whites until a soft peak forms. Add ¼ cup sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into the batter Pour into pan Spinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean 3.2.2929
