  • 3/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (110g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or vanilla extract
  • about 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, for garnish
