  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana.
  • 14 ounces (400g) silken tofu, drained.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, at room temperature.
  • 2/3 cup sugar.
  • 4 tsp cornstarch.
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt.
  • 4 tbsp lime juice.
  • Grated zest of 1 lime

  • 1 1/4 cups finely ground graham cracker or any vegan cookie crumbs.
  • 3 tbsp sugar.
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil.
  • 2 tbsp soy milk.
