  • 80 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of pouring cream
  • 2 teaspoons of milk
  • 10 grams of unsalted butter
  • 100 grams of icing/confectionery sugar
  • 60 grams of fresh blueberries
  • 66 grams of unsalted butter, at room temperature
