Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tblsp elderflower syrup/cordial (In the US i've found this in Ikea)
  • 1/2 poached or canned pear (only used the canned pears if they are in juice)
  • 1/2 cup pear juice or pear poaching juice
