  • Blueberry Smoothie [2 servings]
  • 4 Brazil nuts
  • 12 almonds 2 cups cold filtered water
  • 6 drops liquid stevia (or 2 soaked dates)
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/2 tablespoon cold pressed flaxseed oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vitamineral green powder (or your favorite green powder)
