  • Vanilla Pastry Cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 50 grams dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
