Ingredients

  • 4 lb boneless bottom round roast
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1½ - 2 hours or until the desired doneness
  • 10-15 minutes Carve the roast into thin
  • 3-5 lbs of potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. curry
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 2 - 3 tbs canola oil
