Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 Tbl fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbl fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbl dried onion flakes
  • 1 egg

  • For the glaze
  • 1 1/2 cups cider
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3 " sprig rosemary
