Ingredients

  • 4 cup flour
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast or
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of soft butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2,9 oz Nutella
  • 1 cup of flour, pinch of sugar, yeast and about 1/3 cup of milk, knead until combined and let it rest for 15 minutes Knead the remaining flour together with the salt, sugar and the egg (seperate a small amount of the egg in a small bowl to top it later)
  • 0,4 inch free on each side
