This wrap is a good option for kids lunch box / after school snack. Potato - 2 (medium size). Spinach - 2 cups (when chopped). Onion - 2 medium. Garlic - 4-5 pods. Ginger - 1 inch. Tomato - 1. So for this recipe I have used Wheat flour. Paneer is every kid's favourite so you can do this as an after school snack or as a teatime snack for weekends or holidays
