  • 1 28 oz pkg frozen O'Brien potatoes ½ lb ham (pre-cooked and chopped), diced 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 12 eggs ½ cup milk salt and pepper Instructions Spray the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Add potatoes to the bottom or the slow cooker. Layer ham and cheese on top of potatoes. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high 4 hours or low for 8 hours. 3.5.3208
