Ingredients

  • 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces julienned ham or 8 ounces sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 eggs, beaten (you can use egg substitute accordingly)
