  • 1-1/2 lbs firm tofu, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Paprika
