hashbrowns (if using frozen, thaw first) 2 Tablespoons butter Salt & Pepper 2 cups ham, chopped 1 cup bacon, crumbled 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced 21/2 cups cheese (I used colby-jack and gouda) shredded 2 green onions sliced Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray Spread hashbrowns on pizza stone. Bake for 20 minutes to brown. Add toppings of your choice, top with shredded cheese. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 3.2.2885
