Ingredients

  • 10 minutes
  • 1 cup strawberries ( i used frozen)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • zest from ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 frozen acai packs unsweetened ( I used Sambazon)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional, but goes really well)
  • 2 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla nectar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
