  • 4 tacos
  • 4 tortillas (I used a corn-flour blend)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 avocado, pitted, sliced
  • 2 cups sweet potato tater tots (I bought mine frozen)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped romain lettuce
  • 3/4 cup shredded jack or cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa verde
