  • 250 grams duck sausage
  • 1 large chicken breast (about 200 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil (or other)
  • 1/2 cup dry vermouth
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt & pepper to taste
