Ingredients

  • 100 ml pure cream
  • 200 g white chooclate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp glucose syrup
  • 100 ml pure cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa solids)
  • 1 tsp glucose syrup
  • 1 free range egg white
  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 150 g almond meal
  • 2 tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 250 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
