You’ll know that the cookies are done when the centers spring back when touched. One of my favorite family recipes (aside from my mom’s ginger cookies and zucchini bread) has got to be these soft little cake-like banana cookies
When the toothpick comes out without batter on it, the bread is done (this is a little difficult because the creamcheese won’t get hard - but check for batter not creamcheese)
