Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¾ cup chopped onions
  • 2 medium potatoes cubed (1*1 inch size)
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets (cleaned and washed in salted water)
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tbsp channa dal / senaga pappu
  • 1 tbsp urad dal/ senaga pappu
  • ½ tsp cumin to powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ to 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup water
