Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (I always use reduced sodium)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds, plus more for serving
  • 3 8- ounce skin-on center-cut salmon fillets
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 2 Fresno chiles, thinly sliced
