* First time I just added the dark brown sugar crystals directly in to the whipped butter cream (Stepwise Pic) and cream looked bit grainy so you can just melt the dark brown sugar along withbutter scotch chips, that's what I did next time for the cupcakes
With the frosting these butterscotch brownies are rich and decadent, so you can cut them small and serve a crowd {or it’s okay to just make the small pan and hoard them for you and the hubby when the kids go to bed}
Oh, and then I topped it with the best peanutbutterfrosting ever. And while I’m away on a business trip in Chicago and not with him, I’m celebrating him big time with today’s brownies
And when I took a huge chunk of that with some peanutbutter mousse and oodles of hot fudge. Those of you who have the Baked Explorations cookbook may be a bit confused- there isn't any peanutbutter pie with pretzel crust recipe, but there is a peanutbutter pie with chocolate cookie crust one
With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture to the peanutbutter mixture. Line it with parchment paper or tin foil, then grease or spray and flour the pan
Place the dates, peanutbutter, cocoa powder, peanuts, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt into a food processor (or blender) and pulse until all of the ingredients are blended together and forms a thick dough
Once I made him some PeanutButter cupcakes with cream cheese jam frosting. I still haven't figured out exactly which part he's most obsessed with, but my guess is peanutbutter since he sneaks the jar and a spoon into a corner a few times a day
