Ingredients

  • 24 brownies
  • 20 tbsp (280g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 2.5 cups (500g) Superfine Sugar
  • 1.5 cups (150g) Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp (5g) Instant Espresso Powder*
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water (*if no instant Espresso, sub 1/4 c Strong black coffee)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Paste or Vanilla Extract
  • 4 eggs 3/4 cup (100g) Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1.5 cups (180g) Walnuts, Chopped (optional)
