Ingredients

  • 250 g buckwheat
  • 1 l mushroom or chicken broth
  • 50 ml ouzo
  • 1 big onion
  • 4-5 portobello mushrooms
  • handful parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 100 g brie cheese
  • 2-3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 big fresh cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbs finely chopped fresh dill
  • salt, pepper
  • 100 g sour cream or natural yoghurt
