  • 1 package (8 ounces ) cream cheese, softened
  • 11 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 11 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning, dry
  • 12 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 11/2 cups chopped almonds, crushed into piecesIn a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce until combined. Then form into a ball.
  • 1 Crush the chopped almonds into smaller pieces. Place the almond pieces on a plate and roll the ball in the almonds. Make sure to press the almonds into the cheese ball until it is fully covered. Then place the ball on a large piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
