  • 2 lbs catfish fillets, boneless & skinless (approximately 6-8 fillets)
  • ⅔ cup all purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ?2-1 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper
  • 1 ?2 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying (canola, peanut or vegetable oil)
