Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • Buttermilk Fried Chicken
  • 2 c Buttermilk (I used 2c. 2% milk + fresh juice of 2 lemons)
  • 8 Chicken Thighs (You can also use chicken breasts and legs)
  • 2 c All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for frying
