this is a non slow-cooker version of a coconutand cauliflower curry I made last year which actually didn't come out too well as the cauliflower turned to mush and I like my cauliflower nice and firm
Ladle the soup into bowls and top with the couscous mixture. In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, whisk together the coriander, ginger, 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
