Ingredients

  • 4 figs
  • 200 g thawed raspberries
  • 60 g peeled pistachios
  • 125 g of soft butter
  • 115 g Greek yogurt *
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 4 eggs*
  • 225 g wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 150 ml of 30% cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
