On this happy Mothers Day I dedicate this simple but utterly delicious caramelfudge to my loving mom who has churned out many delicious dishes from her humble kitchen and now enjoying her retirement in contentment
Taking a bite of this incredibly smooth, and creamy caramelfudge is a true indulgence. I used to love eating those incredibly sticky & sweet caramel covered apples when I was younger
Frost with some chocolate icing and roll edges in crushed cookies and top with little caramel wafer. Now squirt Fudge Syrup topping into the other hole
If you love something sweet, especially salted caramel, you'd love this recipe. Since I like fudge but never make it before, I think this would be something nice to put into my candy tray or wrap up as a gift
To top it off, I drizzled some caramel and sprinkled a little sea salt. Layer on a scoop of pumpkin cheesecake ice cream, and drizzle with caramel sauce, then sprinkle with sea salt
The only way is - to beat the caramel into the flour until bubbles are visible. Beat the egg mixture into the caramel flour batter , lastly sieve in the baking soda and mix till well combined
