  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, browned and set aside to cool
  • 1 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
