  • 2¼ Cups unbleached flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter, softened ¾ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs 2 cups semi sweet or dark chocolate chips Salted caramel sauce Crushed Maltesers Candy Instructions Start by preheating your oven to 375 F and lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each egg. Add vanilla extract. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons on the cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool a little before drizzling with caramel and crushed maltesers.
