Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filet
  • 2 Tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp chile powder
  • 1/2 Tsp all-spice
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp brown sugar
  • 2 Cups cooked rice, white or brown will work
  • 10 minutes
  • 2 fork
  • Pineapple Salsa
  • 2 1/2 Cups fresh pineapple, chooped
  • 1/2 Cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 Cup chopped cilantro, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 Jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
