  • 320 g plain flour
  • 30 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 200 g salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 320 g de farinha de trigo
  • 30 g de amêndoa moída
  • 1 colher chá de fermento em pó
  • 3 ovos
  • 250 g de açúcar
  • 200 g de manteiga com sal, derretida e arrefecida
  • 1 colher chá de sal fino
  • 250 g de crème fraîche
  • 60 g de farinha de alfarroba
