CARROT CAKE HOT CEREAL (HEALTHY + NUTRITIOUS)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Non-Dairy Milk (or water)
  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  •  
  • Toppings
  • 1/4 cups Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 or 2 tsp. Maple-Vanilla Vegan Pro
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Granola

Instructions

    1. Bring the milk/water to a boil in a small saucepan.
    2. In a glass (or shaker bottle) mix the milk, vegan pro (http://bit.ly/2ms3qQZ), and maple syrup until you reach a smooth texture.
    3. Once your milk on the stove is boiling, reduce heat to low and add the remaining ingredients (except the toppings). Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until the oats thickened and reached the consistency you like. (Average of 10minutes)
    4. Transfer the oats in a bowl, pour the Maple-Vanilla milk on top, and add the granola!
    *Walnuts would also be a great addition if they are not part of your granola mix.
