Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • 2 big or
  • 4 small
  • Onion
  • o cubes
  • Ginger
  • ½ inch piece
  • Urad dal
  • 1 ½ tbsp
  • Dry red chillies
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp
  • Urad dal
  • ½ tsp
  • One pinch
  • Curry leaves
  • tsp of oil in a kadai and saute the grated carrots until the raw smell
