Ingredients

  • Ingredientsabout 2 large carrots, sliced (you need approx. ½ cup)
  • half a small onion, chopped
  • 1 inch (2.5 cm) fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons miso
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • optional: some water if dressing is too thick
