a kadai or non stick pan add oil when it is little hot add tofu cubes and fry for few minutes til turns in golden color.then remove and add some more oil and saute urad dal,cumin,bay leaf.

add GGP,onions,grated carrot,turmeric,tofu cubes and salt mix it well
